Improving the SACCS Service
NHS Golden Jubilee is launching an ambitious improvement project to ensure that the Scottish Adult Congenital Cardiac Service (SACCS) is as good as it can be for you.
To do this, we need to understand your experience, what matters to you and what your ideal service would look like.
As part of this process, we would welcome all feedback and suggestions. For this, we would like to ask for some of your time, but whether you get involved and how much time you give is up to you.
We are also keen to learn from the experience and ideas of your friends and family members that support you when accessing the service and would welcome their input too.
We will be conducting a survey, interviews, focus groups and questionnaires over the next few months and need input from as many people as possible to make the service the best it can be.
