Project progress update
We are excited to announce that the first stage of service user engagement has now been completed and the design brief created.
The next stage of the project will now engage with SACCS clinicians, service users and third sector organisations to begin the process of developing improvements to the outpatient experience.

Patient interviews underway
Thank you to everyone who has completed our online survey to let us know what you think of the SACCS patient experience.
We are currently shortlisting people to participate in an interview with a member of the project team.
If you have told us that you would like to participate in this stage of the research, you may be contacted over the next couple of weeks.
The interview will take place by video conferencing or telephone and will take no longer than 1 hour to complete.
Arrangements are in place if you require any additional support to help you take part in the interview. A member of the team will be happy to discuss this when we contact you.
