Scottish Adult Congenital Cardiac Service (SACCS)

The Scottish Adult Congenital Cardiac Service (SACCS) at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital provides services for patients with congenital heart disease over the age of 16 years (or 14 years if transitioned from paediatric cardiac services).

We perform heart surgeries, interventions and detailed assessments and specialised drug therapies.

We work with teams around Scotland, ensuring that there is care available to you as close to home as possible. This means that you may have clinic appointments at both the Golden Jubilee National Hospital and at your local hospital.

We will remain in contact, to ensure that everyone involved in your care has up to date information at all times and will copy all letters to your local team and your GP.
