Information Requests
Publication Scheme and Guide to Information
NHS Golden Jubilee’s FOI Guide to Information sets out the details that we make available under the Model Publication Scheme.
This allows the public to view which information we make available and explains how to request information which has not already been published and whether this is available for free, or if there will be a charge for the information.
Our aim is to make information we hold easily available and to explain how you can access this.
The guide includes information about how we deliver our functions and services, how we make decisions, what we spend and how we spend it and how we are performing.
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a request you make to us for information, you should follow our complaints procedure (PDF, 113kB) in the first instance.
Freedom of Information requests
The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 introduced important new laws about our obligations to make information publicly available.
The Act gives people new rights to access information. Most of these rights came into effect from 1 January 2005.
To submit a Freedom of Information request, you can:
- email your request to foi@gjnh.scot.nhs.uk or
