Patient rooms

The majority of our inpatient rooms are single rooms, with en-suite shower and WC facilities, television, telephone, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Hairdryers are available in the ward for your use.

The only exception to this is our High Dependency, Intensive Care and Cardiac Day Unit rooms.

You may use small electrical appliances in your room but these must be checked by hospital engineers before use. Please ask a member of staff to arrange this.

The on-site Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel provides support for patients and their relatives who need to travel a distance to be treated.
 
The hotel is linked to the hospital by means of a communal corridor or 'Main Street' as it has come to be known.
 
Our Booking Office can arrange accommodation at the time of scheduling your appointment. This is free of charge* if you fall under our set criteria. * If you are eligible for free Hotel accommodation, meals in the Hotel are not included. Patients, relatives and visitors can use the hospital restaurant as an alternative.
